- The ability to anticipate contractual issues
- Recent trends in bankruptcy litigation
- Debtors' increased use of Plan Support Agreements at the outset of Chapter 11 cases, and its effect on contentious proceedings
- Inter-creditor disputes, and the import of inter-creditor agreements to protect junior/subordinated creditors' rights
