She is also experienced in leasing and finance work for improved, unimproved, commercial, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use and residential real properties.

Quinn is known for providing attention to detail and comprehensive support while maintaining her clients' big picture goals and timing. She has significant experience in the commercial real estate sector, with particular focus on representing institutions, borrowers, developers, investors, landlords and tenants in the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial real properties. Quinn's wide range of experience has included work in the energy, self-storage, health care, industrial, multifamily, planned-community and mixed-use spaces. In law school, Quinn was a member of the Emory Law Journal; in undergrad, she was the deputy chair of the Honor Court and recipient of the Ferebee Taylor Prize, a Chancellor's Accolade awarded to one member of the graduating class for "the greatest contribution to the continued vitality and strength of the Honor Code in the community."
