About Joseph R. Shealy

Joe Shealy is an associate in the Structured Finance and Securitization practice. He represents issuers, underwriters and investors in public and private asset-backed securitizations and other structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on prime and subprime automobile loan and lease, dealer floorplan, mortgage-backed securities and equipment securitizations and warehouse facilities.

Helping clients secure funding

Joe uses his broad experience to help guide clients through complex structured finance transactions, offering timely and practical advice. With his help, they are able to reduce exposure and secure more predictable, cost- efficient liquidity to help expand their businesses and meet their funding needs.

While in law school, Joe served on and was published in the North Carolina Law Review.
