About Joseph R. Shealy

Joe Shealy represents issuers, borrowers, underwriters and lenders on public and private asset-backed securitizations, warehouse facilities and other structured finance transactions across all asset classes. He has particular experience in matters involving automobile loan and lease, dealer floorplan, consumer loan and commercial equipment receivables.
