During law school, Kairy served as circulation editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law while also managing bookkeeping services and administering a small tax and insurance office, where she developed a reputation for precision and reliability. Prior to law school, Kairy worked extensively as a bilingual paralegal, guiding clients through real estate and estate planning matters with efficiency and care. Recognized as a North Carolina Latinx 20 Under 20 honoree for her advocacy on behalf of DACA and TPS recipients, she brings a long-standing commitment to client service, detail and advocacy.
