The team guided North Branch Capital, a partner to growing lower middle-market industrial businesses, through the structuring and negotiation of the sale, positioning the portfolio company for a successful exit following a three-year investment period that saw STARC Systems, a leading manufacturer of reusable temporary containment wall systems, significantly expand its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.
