Katten represented Dr. Miriam Adelson, her daughter Sivan Dumont and her son-in-law Patrick Dumont in acquiring a controlling ownership interest in the Dallas Mavericks from Mark Cuban.
The transaction was approved by the NBA (National Basketball Association) Board of Governors and closed on December 27.
