WB Waste Solutions is a regional private waste and recycling company based in Maryland. The acquisition includes its range of commercial and industrial hauling and post-collection services in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
Prior to this sale, Katten handled several acquisitions and other strategic transactions for WB Waste Solutions for over seven years. In addition, attorneys from Katten worked with one of the principals for over a decade, including at prior waste companies.
