A Katten team led by Sports and Sports Facilities Partner and Co-Chair Adam Klein and Partner Josh Lewis counseled Penner Sports Group, the family entity of Greg and Carrie Penner, on its investment in the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball.
Through the investment, Penner Sports Group became the largest minority partner of the Rockies.
The Katten team included Sports and Sports Facilities Associate Ethan Asofsky, Transactional Tax Planning Partner Valentina Famparska and Corporate Associate Sophie Morrison.
