A Katten team led by Partner and Co-Chair of Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity J. David Wasbhurn represented The Av8 Group (Av8) in its sale to Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings.
The equity sale transaction aligns Av8, a Federal Aviation Administration parts manufacturer approval (PMA) development company, with companies under the Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings umbrella that collectively offer more than 3,500 proprietary PMA parts.
