According to Asset-Backed Alert's latest 2023 league tables, Katten was in third place on its list of the most active issuers' counsel for US asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitizations. Katten's deals show an increase over 2022's numbers, with 59 deals and a total issuance volume of over $50 billion. On the league table for underwriters' counsel for US asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitizations, the issuance volume increased by more than $2 billion over last year.
