About Kellan A. Grant
Kellan Grant focuses his practice on commercial finance transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, lenders, agent banks, borrowers and strategic investors in leveraged buyouts and other financing arrangements for both public and private companies.
Detail-oriented, diligent and dedicated to achieving the best results
During law school, Kellan was a co-chair of the Christian Legal Students Association (CLSA). With a passion for volunteering, he has also served as a youth leader in the high school ministry at his church. Prior to attending law school, he played college water polo, winning the 2021 Division III National Championship, was a First-Team All-American, and was named the Division III National Player of the Year.
