Kerrigan McCabe is a commercial litigator who represents businesses in a broad range of disputes. She also works with financial services companies on litigation and enforcement matters, helping brokerage firms, investment banks and other market participants navigate regulatory inquiries, enforcement proceedings and related disputes.

In her commercial litigation practice, Kerrigan handles a broad range of business disputes, including contract and business tort matters, working with clients to pursue cost-effective resolutions through litigation or alternative means. Kerrigan also supports Katten's financial services clients in regulatory inquiries, enforcement proceedings and related civil litigation.
During law school, Kerrigan served as a co-president of the Michigan Voting Project, associate editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review, and a student researcher for the Voting Rights Initiative. After 1L, she worked at the Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she gained valuable experience working directly with clients. She also worked in-house at a major technology company throughout law school.
