Partner Lawrence Levin, co-head of Katten's National Capital Markets practice, has achieved the designation of Certified Corporate Governance Professional (CCGP) by the national Society for Corporate Governance.
Larry is recognized as a skilled securities and corporate governance attorney with extensive experience representing public and private companies and their boards of directors. He is frequently called upon to assist with challenging matters, including public and private capital raising transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Larry also regularly counsels public companies on their securities law compliance, disclosure, corporate governance and compensation-related issues.
The CCGP designation is open to governance professionals who, in addition to meeting education and experience eligibility requirements, pass a certification exam. Fewer than 100 individuals have received the CCGP designation.
