Lilli Johanknecht concentrates her practice on a wide array of private equity and corporate matters, advising clients in navigating mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate governance and other complex business transactions.
Attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills
Lilli understands the importance of building strong relationships and the attention to detail that is necessary to best serve each client’s goals. While earning her JD, Lilli externed at a family office, acquiring practical skills involving private investments. Lilli also served as the executive primary editor for the Journal of Law & Policy, building her research and editing skills. These skills led to the publication of her article discussing the effect of non-compete agreements on mergers and acquisitions.
