Luke Anderson focuses his practice on advising private equity and strategic clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments and similar transactions in a variety of industries. He also has experience advising clients on corporate governance, shareholder activism and continuation vehicle transactions.
