About Meena Dev-Sidhu

Meena Dev-Sidhu advises lenders, borrowers, investors and issuers in all aspects of real estate financing, including loan originations, bond financings, loan modifications, workouts and complex debt restructurings. Clients rely on Meena for her extensive finance experience, from the term sheet and structuring stage through to closing. With invaluable insight on issues that may arise during a finance transaction and an ability to help her clients preempt these, Meena offers a considerable advantage from the outset.

Full spectrum real estate financing support

Meena's transactions encompass a broad spectrum of commercial real estate, including sports stadium and arena complexes, retail, multi-family, office and hospitality. Her clients include institutional banks, investment banks, life insurance companies, sports franchises and real estate funds.

Meena also helps clients with structured financing and securitized lending and has represented both master and special servicers in all aspects of CMBS lending, including loan assumptions, modifications, workouts of troubled loans and general servicing matters. She also has considerable experience handling debt restructurings involving note bifurcations and subordinated debt structures.

Meena started her career as a solicitor at a large firm in London and handled a wide range of real estate matters, including loan originations, sales, purchases, leasing and licensing.
