About Micaela C. Enger
Micaela Enger focuses her practice on the health care industry, advising clients on transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and health care regulatory compliance. Her practice largely includes advising providers and investors in the health care industry.
Dedication to delivering practical legal and compliance solutions in the health care industry
Micaela works with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, management service organizations and large physician groups. She counsels clients on a variety of matters, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, state fraud and abuse laws, regulatory due diligence, state corporate practice of medicine doctrines, and other compliance matters. Micaela is also active in the women's health space, with experience in identifying emerging issues that impact those in the industry.
During law school, Micaela served as editor-in-chief of the Annals of Health Law and Life Sciences and as a Beazley Health Law Fellow. She also received the Health Law Certificate and Leadership, Service, & Public Interest Award, and as a third-year law student was the Board Fellow for the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys.
