About Michael Ferretti

Michael Ferretti works with clients who provide private debt-financing solutions to middle-market borrowers through syndicated and single-lender transactions, US and cross-border secured and unsecured financings, leveraged buyouts and other financing arrangements.

Experience that leads to a broad knowledge base

Michael has a background in financial services and commercial business litigation which enables him to draft and negotiate agreements with a perspective towards accomplishing client goals while also mitigating risk. 

During law school, Michael was the business editor of the Law Review and served as a peer mentor. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert C. Hunter (ret.) in the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
