Miriam Wang concentrates her practice on a wide array of private equity and corporate matters, advising clients in navigating mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance and other complex business transactions.

With strong analytical and advocacy skills and a creative perspective, Miriam builds special value to the process as much as to the outcome. While earning her JD, Miriam externed at a multinational corporation that designs, manufactures and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites and missiles worldwide, gaining deep understanding of its in-house legal team's role in global services, commercial, and defense and security sectors. Miriam also externed at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she actively assisted its consumer protection claims and high-profile cases. Finally, Miriam served as the online executive editor for the International Law Review Association and president for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and she won the championship of Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition.
