Morgan Oxner focuses her practice on commercial finance transactions, including cash-flow and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, and secured and unsecured credit facilities. She primarily works with senior secured lenders, administrative agents, banks and direct lenders and private equity sponsors.
Experience in dedicated client service and creative problem solving
Prior to joining Katten, Morgan worked as an associate at an international law firm in Chicago, as a content and brand partnerships manager for a prominent athletic apparel company and in various roles on remote sports television productions. During law school, she was the editor-in-chief of The Elder Law Journal and served on the board of the Corporate and Business Law Association. Morgan has significant experience crafting and executing bespoke strategies for her clients and approaches each transaction with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
