Restructuring with an eye on minimizing risk, cost and delay
Peter has substantial experience representing clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings as well as developing and implementing non-bankruptcy restructuring strategies that help clients achieve their business objectives while avoiding cost, delay and risk attendant to the bankruptcy process.
