About Stacy A. Cundy

Stacy Cundy focuses her practice in a variety of leveraged finance transactions and primarily represents administrative agents and lenders in a wide range of deal sizes, including both widely syndicated and single-lender debt financing and refinancing transactions.

Businesses in every industry need commercial finance to grow

Stacy represents senior secured and second lien lenders along with mezzanine investors and borrowers in both cash flow and asset-based lending transactions within a wide variety of industries, including health care financing transactions.

Over the years, Stacy has been involved with the firm's Lawyers in the Classroom pro bono program and has served on the firm's Associates Committee. During law school, Stacy served as a judicial extern to both the Honorable Harold A. Ackerman and the Honorable Garrett E. Brown Jr. in the US District Court in the District of New Jersey. She also worked as an intern for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
