Chicago-based partner and chair of Katten's Employment Litigation and Counseling department Julie Gottshall will participate in a panel discussion, on June 16, entitled, "Discovery and Motion Practice in Arbitration" during the 14th Annual Arbitration Training Institute hosted by the American Bar Association on June 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, and 25.

Presented virtually for the first time, the training institute features three-hour program sessions each day with nationally recognized experts, who will discuss every stage of the arbitral process from the perspective of neutrals, advocates, and in-house counsel. Participants will have the opportunity to interact in small group break-out sessions with faculty and each other.
