Members of the Employment Litigation and Counseling team — partners Julie Gottshall, Stacey Knight and Michelle Gyves, counsel Janella Gholian and Janet Widmaier, and associates Andrew Schuyler and Tenley Mochizuki — were recently honored as "Go-To Thought Leaders" by The National Law Review (NLR) for writing "US Supreme Court Reinstates Stay of OSHA Vaccination Requirement for Employers With 100+ Employees," which won in the Litigation category. According to the NLR, the 2022 "Go-To Thought Leadership Awards" recipients were selected by NLR editors from "a pool of thousands of contributed legal news and analysis articles and highlight the unique talents of less than 1% of our contributing authors." The NLR wrote, "Their timely reporting on the Court's ruling and other local regulations in place or in peril because of the ruling provided a valuable resource to legal and business professionals."
