About Zoe Lo

Zoe Lo maintains a broad-based litigation practice focused on commercial and securities litigation. She represents clients in the financial services industry in complex business disputes often involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and business tort claims.

Effective and strategic advocate with a client-focused approach

While in law school, Zoe served as the casebook associate executive editor of the NYU Law Moot Court Board. She interned in the Civil Division of the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, as well as at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. Zoe also served on the NYU Law Women Board.


Representative Experience

  • Secured a complete dismissal of securities and common law claims brought against sovereign-affiliated oil company’s $2 billion bond offering in S.D.N.Y. Recognized as Runner-Up Litigator of the Week, April 2024. *
  • Secured a preliminary and permanent injunction enjoining West Virginia’s voucher program, receiving AmLaw Litigation Daily “Shout Out” for representation. *
  • Represented an investment bank and financial services company in connection with adversary proceeding in S.D.N.Y. following Revlon’s Bankruptcy. Matter was successfully resolved in a global settlement. *
  • Represented an investment services firm in a complex Section 16(b) securities litigation in S.D.N.Y. *
  • Represented minority members of an LLC in a commercial litigation dispute in Delaware Chancery Court. *
  • Represented the former manager of an international investment bank in a matter related to LIBOR submissions brought by the DOJ, obtaining full victory in Second Circuit appeal. *
  • Represented Democratic Senators in Supreme Court Amicus Brief in NYSRPA v. Bruen. *
