Partner David Dlugie will speak on a panel at the Law Bulletin's 2007 Real Estate Law Conference on the topics "Financing: Construction, Mezzanine, etc." from 10:00–11:00 a.m. and "Due Diligence in Commercial Transactions" from 1:20–2:20 p.m. on October 4.
The Conference will have three tracks to meet specific practice area needs. One track will cover residential real estate issues, including financing, title insurance, negotiations, ethics, zoning, construction, and more. A second track will address commercial/industrial concerns, including financing, environmental standards, due diligence in transactions, title, zoning, sustainable design, and more. Finally, the third track will address issues that span all practice areas or are independent, such as 1031 exchanges, negotiating AIA contracts, agricultural transactions, residential and commercial condominiums, real estate tax, ADR for real estate transactions, and more.
