Andrew Jagoda, co-head of the New York Real Estate practice, will participate in the panel discussion “Letters of Intent: Traps for the Unwary Lender” at the 2014 ACMA Annual Meeting. The panel will conclude with drafting tips to employ when asked to assist with a client’s letter of intent.
