Different projects, same goal: a successful closing

Elizabeth focuses on providing her clients with responsive, timely service and utilizing a practical approach. Elizabeth's background includes mortgages, mezzanine finance, construction financing, land and equity acquisitions and sales, commercial and retail space lease negotiation and asset development and management. She deals with a broad range of real estate assets, including office buildings, retail shopping centers, hotels and multifamily housing projects.

Elizabeth concentrates her practice on the representation of national mortgage lenders, including agency lenders and financial institutions, in complex real estate finance transactions. Her practice has an emphasis on construction and permanent lending utilizing tax-exempt bonds and tax credit financing; ground lease and master lease structures; Section 8 and other project-based rental assistance; condominium regimes; state and local tax exemptions; and multiple layers of public and private funding sources.

During law school, Elizabeth served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge James Q. Orenstein of the Eastern District of New York. She was awarded the Samuel Witte Prize in Literature and the Law.
