About Jennifer I. Moscoso
Jennifer Moscoso concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution with an emphasis on e-discovery. She represents corporate clients in government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, arbitration proceedings, and federal and state court actions.

Jennifer has developed an expertise in e-discovery platforms and strategies. The future of litigation is paperless, and Jennifer focuses on leveraging new methods and tools to understand data, streamline complex reviews and maximize efficiency in fact-gathering and analysis. Through this process, the best evidence and research to support claims and defenses is applied and success is achieved, be it in motion practice, mediation, arbitration or trial.
Jennifer participates in the Katten Legal Clinic at Jose de Diego Community Academy. Prior to joining the firm, she was a litigation associate specializing in employment law issues.
Jennifer is a graduate of the Leadership Academy of the State Bar of Georgia.
While in law school, Jennifer worked for the US Department of Labor and was elected to the Board of the Legal Association for Women Students and the Hispanic Law Society.
