John David handles origination of debt secured by real estate assets of all types, including office, retail, hotel, apartment, condominium and industrial properties. He also advises clients in connection with traditional real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties, and lenders with real estate banking and finance transactions, including the origination of CMBS loans.
