Katten will sponsor the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund's annual awards gala in Chicago, which highlights MALDEF's commitment and dedicated service to the community and recognizes individuals, corporations and law firms that have been instrumental in advancing justice for Latinos. This year's event will pay tribute to the achievements of Judge Ronald A. Guzman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; Luisa Echevarria, Director of Community Relations for Univision Chicago; and Eric Rodriguez, Executive Director of The Latino Union of Chicago.
