Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP's Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity will serve as sponsor of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association's 8th Annual CLE Expo and Midwest Region Diversity Dinner on March 18 - 20. Partner Helen Kim will serve as a conference speaker on March 19th and will present on the topic of "Balancing Board Liability And Fiduciary Responsibilities."
