W. Kenneth Davis, Jr., a partner in the Firm's Health Care Practice, was quoted on leading medical imaging Web sites on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' last-minute changes to the 14 compliance standards independent diagnostic testing facilities must meet in order to bill Medicare. Davis explains that CMS did not include these changes in the final performance standards in November, which has prompted some people to say that CMS may have engaged in improper rulemaking.
