Cosmotourist is a Munich-based company with a website that has become an international "hit" as a travel and recreational portal and social networking site. Cosmotourist's Managing Director, Frederik Kraus, is quoted in the article as follows: “This is a great start for the New Year. We are very happy to have been able to come to this agreement with Hearst. During the dispute we felt a bit like David in the story of David and Goliath as we refused to be intimidated by our powerful opponent.
