About Paul A. Grammatico

Paul Grammatico is an experienced litigator in our Los Angeles office, with extensive practice representing financial institutions in a wide variety of financial services, consumer finance and real estate litigation, including significant work in class actions and complex cases. He also represents clients in litigation arising from California's statutory nonjudicial foreclosure scheme and the California Homeowner Bill of Rights.

Litigation should save the client time as well as money

Paul's clients include national banks, credit unions, financial institutions, debt collectors, lenders and creditors across the United States. He defends them at the trial court and appellate levels in cases involving class actions, title disputes, claims arising under the Truth in Lending Act and consumer protection legislation. Whatever the cause, after accessing his client's business and its goals, Paul uses his litigation experience, knowledge and skill to reach an optimal outcome for them as quickly as possible.

Paul also assists clients in resolving disputes brought by consumers arising from bank operations and the American with Disabilities Act. In addition, he advises them on how to comply with consumer protection statutes.

Paul joined Katten in October 2012. Prior to that, he worked in financial services and general business litigation at several other firms.
