Katten is a sponsor of the 2009/2010 Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Private Client Awards, which highlight excellence among private client solicitors/attorneys, accountants, barristers, bankers, trust managers and financial advisors. The awards will be judged by a panel of 14 judges, which is supported by a panel of experts including over 100 industry professionals worldwide.
In July, STEP announced that for the second year in a row, Katten had made the shortlist of the top three finalists for the North American Team of the Year Award. The winner will be announced at the ceremony on October 13.
