Associate Chris Ferenc will join a panel to discuss "What You Need to Know About the New Patent Laws under the AIA." The panel will focus on each of the major changes in the law and procedures junior practitioners need to know, such as the switch from a first-to-invent system to a first-inventor-to-file system harmonize the U.S. patent system with other international patent systems.
