Drawing on his prior experience in the debt finance and structured credit groups at two New York-based firms, Alex brings clients a sophisticated, market-informed perspective on structuring and executing intricate transactions. His broad knowledge of structured finance encompasses collateralized loan obligations, warehouses, revolving credit facilities and other complex structured finance transactions. Alex’s attention to detail and focus on building relationships enable him to understand his clients’ needs better and serve as a trusted advocate.

While in law school, Alex served as a staff editor on the New York Law School Law Review and was a member of the Non-Profit and Small Business Clinic.
