Allison Yacker, co-chair of the New York Financial Services group, has been named a 2016 Rising Star by the New York Law Journal. The list recognizes attorneys under 40 that have a "record of accomplishments" and are "top contributors to the practice of law and their communities." The profile highlighted her depth and breadth of experience, as well as "a client roster of some of the world’s most established asset managers," who "trust her knowledge on a variety of cutting-edge matters and rely on her effective negotiating skills." Allison stated, "Knowing that my clients put their trust in me motivates me to do the best work I can possibly do for them. I love helping people identify and solve complex problems and helping people build and protect their businesses."

Allison also was recognized for her efforts on behalf of Help for Children—a global foundation that provides grants to child-abuse prevention and treatment intervention organizations—and other civic and philanthropic organizations. ("Rising Stars of 2016," June 7, 2016)
