About Asa L. Bell III
Asa Bell focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance transactions. Through an attentive and detail-oriented approach, he is committed to offering clients practical, innovative solutions in an efficient manner. Asa assists clients in an array of real estate finance matters, including origination of loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) market, acquisitions, development, dispositions and financing of properties across various industries nationwide.
Contributing the business-focused legal perspectives necessary to close transactions
During law school, Asa served as managing editor of the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal and became credentialed by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US); the IAPP is not affiliated with any governmental authority. Additionally, he represented business clients as a student member of the law school’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.
