About Benjamin C. Levine

Benjamin Levine is an associate in the Litigation practice and focuses primarily on the financial services industry and white-collar crime.

Dedicated to pro bono work

In addition to his work as a financial services industry and white-collar crime litigator, Ben is passionate about pro bono work. Since joining Katten in 2018, Ben has worked diligently on several pro bono matters, including applications for asylum and prisoner's rights cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ben was involved with his law school’s Criminal Law Clinic, where he worked as a public defender for indigent clients in Boston.

While at Boston University School of Law, Ben served as note editor for the Journal of Science and Technology Law. Prior to law school, Ben worked as a litigation project assistant at a large Chicago law firm.
