About Caitlin Rubin

Caitlin Rubin represents clients in high-stakes disputes and government investigations. By staying responsive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, she helps clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

Dedication to detail and effective advocacy

Before joining Katten, Caitlin served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During law school, Caitlin was a notes and articles editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, an editor of Fordham Law's Moot Court Board, and an editor of Fordham's Dispute Resolution Society. Caitlin also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert M. Levy of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York and for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Additionally, during law school, Caitlin represented clients accused of crimes in Manhattan Criminal Court as part of Fordham’s Criminal Defense Clinic. Upon graduation, Caitlin was awarded the Ann Moynihan Award in recognition of her outstanding performance in the Law School’s Clinical Program.
