Caitlin Willen represents various parties in both public and private asset-backed securitizations and other structured finance transactions.

Comprehensive representation in structured finance securitizations

Caitlin draws from her wide-ranging experience in general corporate matters and commercial transactions to assist clients in the structured finance market. Among other matters, Caitlin’s work includes experience with automobile and equipment lease securitizations. Caitlin’s approach is benefitted by her past experience as a judicial law clerk at the North Carolina Business Court, where she focused on matters in commercial litigation involving similar transactions. This exposure has afforded Caitlin with an invaluable perspective, which she can apply to analyze and guard against the risk of litigation in any transaction.

In law school, Caitlin served as the senior staff editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation.
