The Futures and Derivatives Law Report is a publication that analyzes "legal developments in over-the-counter derivatives, futures, and option trading," providing "information on regulation, legislation, and litigation" as well as practical implications and compliance approaches to help reader anticipate and interpret laws and regulations that shape business in the commodities, futures and derivatives field.
