About Christy Wilson

Since qualifying in 2020, Christy Wilson has advised a variety of clients about the tax implications of different types of structures and transactions. She has experience counselling clients in relation to the tax aspects of their corporate, real estate, banking and employment matters. Christy also writes regularly on topics related to developments in her practice area – this includes UK government consultations, changes in legislation and the continually developing role of taxation in environmental, social and governance issues.

Christy assists a range of practice groups from a tax perspective. Her work includes developing incentives and employee share schemes, in which she advises clients on all forms of share-related management incentives. Christy also supports the Corporate department on the tax implications of share sales and acquisitions. Additionally, she regularly assists the Real Estate, Structured Finance and Securitization, and Financial Markets and Funds practice groups.
