Litigation associate Craig Convissar was named to The National LGBT Bar Association's "Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 Class of 2021." The LGBT Bar is a national association of lawyers, judges and other legal professionals, law students, activists and affiliated LGBTQ+ legal organizations committed to promoting justice in and through the legal profession for the LGBTQ+ community in all its diversity. This award is an annual recognition of LGBTQ+ legal professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality. The honorees will be celebrated at the 2021 Lavender Law® Conference and Career Fair in late July. A strong advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, Craig is known for his active pro bono practice, through which he has assisted several LGBT asylum seekers.
