As a New York pro bono scholar at Volunteers of Legal Service's Microenterprise Project, David represented under-resourced entrepreneurs in New York City with a wide range of needs, including navigating regulatory compliance schemes at the city, state, and federal level, entity formation and registration, and contract issues. He also regularly advised on regulations promulgated pursuant to the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and presented to attorneys at large firms throughout New York City on how to advise pro bono clients on the CTA.
