David represents clients in various structured finance deals and asset-backed security issuances.

An eye for following the ever-changing regulatory landscape

David has experience tailoring presentation of complex topics for all levels of sophistication.

As a New York pro bono scholar at Volunteers of Legal Service's Microenterprise Project, David represented under-resourced entrepreneurs in New York City with a wide range of needs, including navigating regulatory compliance schemes at the city, state, and federal level, entity formation and registration, and contract issues. He also regularly advised on regulations promulgated pursuant to the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and presented to attorneys at large firms throughout New York City on how to advise pro bono clients on the CTA.

In law school, David was the submissions editor for the Cardozo Law Review and a Heyman Scholar for Corporate Law and Governance.
