Julie Gottshall, chair of Katten's Employment Litigation and Counseling department, will participate in "The Award and Post-Award Issues" plenary session at 1:15 p.m. on Friday, June 3. The session will address the best ways to prepare an award, including dissents, independent research, panel dynamics, post-hearing briefing, attorneys' fees, confirmation and vacature of awards and other subjects.
