A wide range of knowledge stemming from broad experience

Dobrochna combines deep private practice knowledge with valuable in-house perspective gained via a client secondment at a major financial services provider. Having studied and gained professional experience in Germany and Poland before moving to and qualifying as a solicitor in the UK, she is comfortable navigating both civil and common law cultures. In her role at Katten, Dobrochna focuses on representing major investment banks, private equity funds and corporate clients across UK, European and US markets, advising on the structuring of derivatives products and related transactions involving derivatives and other financial instruments.
