Ellen has represented lenders on more than 100 multifamily project loans, with experience that includes representing multifamily lenders utilizing government-sponsored enterprise loan programs, including Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) and Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting Service (DUS) programs.
